Baptismal Covenants Kit Kat wrapper

Project 16 of 52

My dear friend needed help making a handout for her lesson next month. Of course she had found something on Pinterest, it's better than Google, and asked if we could do it. She is doing a lesson on baptismal covenants for the young women. This is what we came up with.
I think it turned out great. Our young women will love it.
You get to benefit too. It's 3 wrappers per sheet so print what you want. They wrap around a full size kit kat.
Print it. Wrap it. And tie it up with a bow. VOILA! You're set.
As Sister Hinckley was fond of saying,
"We are all in this together. We need each other. Oh, how we need each other..."
I love to find something that I can just print and assemble. It's usually times of desperation when I haven't been able to get something of my own but OH how thankful I am to find something quick that finishes my latest....whatever I'm working on.
Kaylyn loves it too. She always tells me to make sure I post what we do.
Yep, it's all about sticking together to help each other.

Back in business and a new freebie!

Hooray! I have my computer back. I am having to download all my fonts again but we are back in business. I am so glad. We have a summer full of activities and I am hoping to keep caught up on my scrapbooking, at least better than I have been doing.
Over Memorial Day weekend we spent time making memories as a family. Dear hubby and I have both been working so much plus all of the end of school activities, we were in sore need of a retreat. We decided to go to Arches National Park. We had not been there and wanted to go before the summer heat cranked up. It was B.E.A.Utiful! The desert was in complete bloom. Desert flowers all over. The temp was in the 70-80's with a strong breeze each day. We hiked and just enjoyed relaxin' at our camp. Most of the time I didn't have cell service which meant my work couldn't find me either. (I get called to work extra every day I am off). The best part of family trips is just being together without the interruption of daily life. We had a wonderful time.
All week long I will be sharing some of the wordart I have made to go along with our outdoor adventures. Check back each day. I think you will like what you see.
Today enjoy a double freebie.

Enjoy!

Look for Rainbows...word art freebie

One of my new favorite Primary songs is "When I am baptized". Last month we got to baptize our 3rd son. It is always a great weekend with a baptism. We had family visit and celebrate their choice to follow our Savior. I didn't learn this song in Primary but my boys have and I smile every time I hear them sing it. As I get ready to do up his baptism pictures I thought it would be great to have this song around the page. So here you go. I hope it helps you reflect on the choices in your lives and how they bring each of us closer to God.
