I spent some time entering recipes into the Weight Watchers recipe builder so I could count accurate points this week. Here is what we will be enjoying. Hope it helps....
Chicken and Rice Soup 3 points!
(this has become a favorite it's so easy, plus I can just throw in vegi's from Bountiful Baskets each week)
Italian Tortalini Soup 8 points
Cook your roast in the crock pot with au jus. Shred and serve with additional au jus for dipping. I like to put mine on a hoagie with a slice of mozzarella. Then just warm it for a few seconds or you could toast the bun. Adding a can of green chilis to the roast adds great flavor but my little boys don't like spicey, even mildly. Plus, roast is a low point food.
